Annual Meeting of Unit Owners

The Annual Meeting of Unit Owners will be held on Saturday, September 5, 2026, at 8:30 a.m. in the Edgewater Room of Building 5. 

We encourage everyone to attend and vote in person, but proxy voting is always available. You may submit your proxy by email, regular mail, or directly to any board member. To ensure your vote is counted, please send proxies before 8:30 a.m. on September 5. Any received after the meeting begins cannot be accepted.

Your involvement truly matters. This year’s meeting is particularly important, as achieving quorum is necessary to fill the Board. Whether you attend or submit a proxy, your participation is greatly appreciated.
